2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed once a booking confirmation is sent via email or another electronic medium. The customer is responsible for providing accurate details and making the required payment according to the payment terms.

3. Services

We offer private transfers and shuttle services on Koh Samui according to the booked options. The specific details, including pickup time, meeting point, and vehicle type, are outlined in the booking confirmation.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include legally required taxes and fees.
Payments must be made online at the time of booking.
Cash payments are not accepted.
All online payments must be made using verified payment methods. Bookings with invalid or reversed payments (chargebacks) will be canceled, and additional administrative fees may apply for processing and recovery.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations:

Free cancellation is limited to two (2) times per customer per calendar month. Additional cancellations will incur a 100 THB processing fee per booking.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations within 24 hours before pickup are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, which must be proven with official documentation.
Transaction fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Modifications:

The first change to a booking is free if requested at least 24 hours before pickup and remains within the same service category.
Additional changes incur a 100 THB handling fee per modification.
Price differences due to changes will be charged accordingly. If the new booking is lower in cost, the difference is non-refundable.
Upgrades to a higher-priced service are subject to availability. If a downgrade is requested, the price difference will not be refunded.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure timely arrival at the agreed meeting point.
The customer must have their booking confirmation or valid identification for verification.
Customers who fail to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be classified as a no-show and will receive no refund.
If the customer arrives late but the driver is still available, a late arrival fee of 200 THB per 30 minutes will be charged.
If the driver is no longer available, the service is considered fully canceled with no refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings during the transfer.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
